"User": Refers to anyone who downloads, installs, or uses the app on a cellular device or uses it through the web portal.

"Healthcare Data": Refers to any medical information shared or accessed through MED360, including histories, prescriptions, doctor information, and billing data.

The app is available to users aged 18 or older or with parental consent if under 18. Users must ensure they provide accurate information when creating an account..

4. User Responsibilities

User understands that the use of the app is also governed by our privacy policy and pricing policy. Users are responsible for keeping their account details secure and for providing accurate information when using the app. The misuse of the app for unlawful purposes, such as unauthorized access to healthcare data, will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Restrictions

Users must comply with the following restrictions regarding the use of the app.
